• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Approval – Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the book.
• Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book was damaged or incorrect.
• Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving the book, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.

 

3. Refund Policy

• If the book was defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges only if the received book is damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 15 days for assistance.
